" Through observations, and in- depth interviews with the young people who attend synchrony equine therapy, I have found that the creative experiential approach to psychology and learning, led by qualified therapists, has resulted in benefits even for those young people experiencing hyper-stress or disassociation.

They learn how to focus, regulate their emotions and how to accept positive experiences into their lives.

It is a unique and innovative approach."
